Warehouse Service Agreement
ARTICLE 1- COUNTERPARTIES:
1.1. PROVIDER:
Title: ALOA LLC (ShipAloa)
1.2. CUSTOMER:
All Customers
ARTICLE 2- SUBJECT:
The subject of this contract covers the rules that govern sending the products that the CUSTOMER bought on their Amazon seller account to the warehouse using ALOA LLC's warehouse integration service, checking the products in the warehouse, repackaging, taking photos of cargo labels, and sending them to the customer, as well as the rules required to be followed during this process.
ARTICLE 3- ALOA LLC SERVICE TERMS:
Following the rules below is of great importance for the health of your ALOA LLC subscription. Please read all items carefully.
- ALOA LLC is an integration service that allows you to send unsent products with companies providing warehouse/fulfillment services. For any problems you may encounter with your ALOA LLC shipments, you should contact the warehouse/fulfillment service provider directly. ALOA LLC only offers an integration service and takes no responsibility for the status of your shipments.
- During activation, you can choose any of the companies that are registered with ALOA LLC and provide ALOA LLC contracted warehouse services and send your orders to the chosen warehouse.
- It is strongly recommended that you switch to prime membership on Amazon.com so that the shipments you send to the ALOA LLC contracted warehouse are fast and free.
- To encash sending prices of your orders, you must preload credit to your ALOA LLC account. Before sending your products to the ALOA LLC contracted warehouse, ensure you have enough credit on your account. Otherwise, it may take 2-3 more days for your products to be shipped to the customer from the ALOA LLC contracted warehouse. To avoid this process, you need to add credit to your account.
- The sizes and weights of your products are automatically determined by ALOA LLC from Amazon.com. Shipping cost is calculated automatically according to the country you will send to and included in your sales price. If the dimensions and weights of the products are entered incorrectly on Amazon.com, the shipping fee can be calculated incorrectly. If the shipping cost is higher than the calculated fee, the remaining amount will be extra billed to you.
- When your products arrive at the warehouse, your packages are checked, often repackaged, the recipient's address information is recorded in the logistics firm's system, and a new tracking number is created for the shipment. Your order is automatically confirmed by sending the created tracking number to Amazon. Afterward, the shipping price is encashed from your ALOA LLC credit account. If you don't have enough credit, the product will not be released from the warehouse. When you have unpaid shipments waiting more than 7 days in the warehouse, you will be charged $3 daily for each day after the 7th day.
- We strongly recommend that you do not keep the items listed below in your inventory. It is not possible to ship such products with ALOA LLC contracted warehouses. Shipments mostly return from customs. ALOA LLC accepts no responsibility for the shipping and tracking of such products.
These products include:
- Alcoholic beverages
- Drugs and materials used in its manufacture
- Hazardous substances
- Guns
- Tobacco and tobacco varieties
- Money
- Explosive substances and guns
- Political advertisement products
- Pornographic products
- Radioactive products
- Live plants
- Valuable stones
- Animals
- Chemical products
- Expensive items
- Perishable foodstuff products
- Combustibles
- Liquid products
- ALOA LLC cannot be held responsible if your shipments to be sent to your customer are lost or cannot be delivered.
- In some cases, although the products you order from Amazon.com may appear to be delivered by the courier company, your products may not reach ALOA LLC contracted warehouses. In this case, you are asked to resend the product to the ALOA LLC contracted warehouse. We automatically track whether the product reaches the warehouse or not from Amazon.com's order tracking system.
- Amazon may deliver the products to ALOA LLC contracted warehouses broken, damaged, or incompatible with the shipment. In this case, you may be asked to send the product back to the warehouse.
- When you need to send the product you sent to ALOA LLC contracted warehouses back to Amazon without sending it to the customer (cancellation, return, etc.), you must change the order status in ALOA LLC to Canceled, Refunded, or Return Requested to prevent the product from leaving the warehouse. Otherwise, your products may be sent to the customer.
- When you need to resend the product to Amazon, you need to send an email to the related mail address of the warehouse company that you chose by creating a return label (UPS pickup) and with the order number. A $2 service fee will be charged as a return shipping fee.
- When you want to contact any subject related to your shipments, you should contact the warehouse firm that you chose when you activated ALOA LLC. All responsibility for your shipments belongs to the warehouse you have chosen. If your shipments are high in numbers and/or sizes, ALOA LLC can ship these products in 2 or more shipments.
- It is not guaranteed whether or not they will be stuck in customs. This situation is frequently encountered especially in shipments to Canada.
- If the shipping method of the warehouse/fulfillment service provider you choose is DAP, the customs fee of your products will be shipped with cash on delivery. When your products are held at customs, an email with the subject of “Import Duty/Tax Payment Alert” will be sent to your email address by the logistics company. Sometimes the logistics company may reflect a +$extra logistics company transaction fee in addition to the customs fee. This is generally the case with Canadian shipments. The product can return to the ALOA LLC contracted warehouse when your customer does not want to pay customs tax. To avoid such situations, you can pay the customs tax online without charging your customer.
- If the shipping method of the warehouse/fulfillment service provider you choose is DDP, you will not pay any customs fee afterward. Custom fees are included in the prices.
- While your products are delivered to the customer by the logistics agency, they may be delivered with a commercial invoice, and the actual value of the product may appear. In international posts, it is mandatory to declare this information to the logistics companies.
- When your customer makes a claim, you must follow the normal return procedure. Your customer needs to send the product directly to Amazon. Because the product will be sent to Amazon out of America, the shipping charge must be covered by you or your customer.
- You must create your ALOA LLC orders using the ALOA LLC app.shipaloa.com.
- You cannot place your ALOA LLC orders manually. When you try to place an order manually, even though the delivery address you entered is our warehouse address, we enter a special number in the delivery address forms that we can distinguish your products in the warehouse for orders created through the system. Without this number, your products may be mixed with other orders or lost in the warehouse. If you need to place your order from a platform other than Amazon, you must enter the delivery address on the ALOA LLC order detail page of the order. Every order has a different delivery address.
- You cannot send your ALOA LLC orders using other warehouse services. Once this is detected, your use of ALOA LLC will be terminated indefinitely.
- Since order confirmation processes are done automatically, you should definitely enable the "Automatic Order Confirmation" and "Automatic Order Pre-Confirmation" options in your store settings. Otherwise, your orders may be in the status of Late Shipment, and your seller account may be suspended for this reason.
- The credit you added to your ALOA LLC account cannot be used for the current ALOA LLC monthly subscription, transferred, or refunded.
- When you receive an order for ALOA LLC, it is mandatory that you submit the order with ALOA LLC, even if Amazon subsequently opens the submission for that product.
- We recommend that you enter your phone number on the "Notifications" page to be notified by the ALOA LLC contracted warehouse in important and urgent cases regarding your shipments.
- ALOA LLC can share your personal data such as your name, email address, and phone number with the selected warehouse.
- In case of lost parcels, a compensation of only up to $100 will be provided if the cost of the parcels is not fully reported or insured.
ARTICLE 4- GENERAL PROVISIONS:
- CUSTOMER declares that they have read and obtained the preliminary information regarding the service subject to the contract and that they have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
- If ALOA LLC is activated, the CUSTOMER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
- When a rule violation is detected for users who do not comply with the specified rules, ALOA LLC membership is terminated indefinitely.
